- A local team to call when something breaks. All-In-One includes a pooled monthly support allowance shared across the office; Complete makes remote support unlimited.

- Bitdefender endpoint protection on every covered device, and Microsoft 365 security configured properly: multifactor sign-in, conditional access and the settings most tenants never turn on.
- Backup & disaster recovery
- Workstation backup is included on All-In-One and Complete, with restores we actually test, planned around how fast you would need the data back.
- Microsoft 365 support
- Mailbox, Teams and SharePoint problems go to the same help desk as everything else, covered by your plan. Licenses are billed separately at Microsoft's price.
- Microsoft 365 setup & migration
- Moving off GoDaddy or Google, cleaning up a tenant somebody set up years ago, or standing Business Premium up the right way from day one. Quoted flat.

What does it cost?
Managed Workstation is $35 per user per month. All-In-One is $65 with backup and a pooled support allowance. Complete is $110 with unlimited remote support, a quarterly review and an onsite visit each quarter. Offices under eight users start at $149 a month flat. We just need help when things break. Do you do that?
Yes. Straight time & materials: $100/hr onsite, with a 1-hour minimum and billing in 15-minute increments after that. Remote support is reserved for clients on a managed plan.
